Keep points in step.

Keep customers’ points balances matched across the online and retail accounts, so they use one shared balance wherever they shop.

02 / EARNING

Make in-store purchases count.

Make sure purchases in Socktopus’s physical stores earn points in the main online loyalty account.

03 / REDEMPTIONS

Deduct from the shared balance.

Apply redeemed points to the shared balance so the same points cannot be spent twice across the two stores.

04 / STAFF

Reduce manual adjustments.

Reduce the need for staff to check separate balances and make manual points adjustments between accounts.
